Facility Manager Surabaya

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. More than 5 years’ experience as Facility Manager/Facility Management. More than 5 years’ experience handling MEP/Electrical /HVAC/Chiller/Boiler jobs. At least 3 years of practitioner experience as Building Manager or in a similar role. Excellent English language spoken as well as written. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and building codes. Excellent Project Management, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Familiar with new technology. Strong experience in managing financial performance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and critical analysis. Ability to build strong cooperation with internal and external parties. Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptive to changes. GreenShip Professional Certification preferred. BOMA Certification preferred. Responsibilities

Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs. Managing and directing the team. Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures related to FM responsibilities. Managing the budget according to the commercial model. Managing relationships with facility‑management subcontractors. Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports. Ensuring facilities comply with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes. Responding to inquiries and solving any facility services problems or issues. Continuously monitoring and optimizing facility performance, including providing solutions. Managing facility assets through inventory, updates, maintenance, and disposal as needed. Managing people, including team competencies, individual performance, and development. Implementing health, safety, and environment practices in daily work and within the organization. Ensuring all subordinates comply with anti‑bribery practices.
