Marketing Agent (Auto-Finance)

Marketing Agent (Auto-Finance) Akulaku Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Agent (Auto-Finance) to join our team.

Responsibilities

Ensure all operational processes are executed in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Identify operational issues and provide effective and timely solutions.

Prepare and manage reports for both individual and team performance.

Manage, supervise, and recruit agents to support business expansion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Auto‑Finance industry.

Experience managing agents (previous roles such as Agent Relationship Executive or Marketing Agent are preferred).

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
