Leasing Executive (Electronic Center)

About the Role PT. SUPERMAL KARAWACI is seeking a Leasing Executive specializing in Electronic Center to join our team, offering a dynamic career opportunity. As a Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for driving the leasing and rental strategy for the company's diverse commercial property portfolio based in Tangerang, Banten. This is a contract-based position, offering flexibility and the chance to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

Actively sourcing and engaging with prospective tenants to secure new leasing agreements

Negotiating lease terms and conditions to optimise rental income and occupancy rates

Managing existing tenant relationships, including renewals, rent reviews and addressing any tenancy issues

Analysing market trends and competitor activity to inform the company's leasing strategy

Preparing marketing materials and conducting viewings to showcase available properties

Maintaining detailed records and generating regular reports on leasing performance

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in working at a gadget & electronic retail center

Preferably with experience as a Leasing Mall agent

Strong understanding of developments in the electronics industry

Strong negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships

In-depth knowledge of the local retail market and trends in the Tangerang, Banten area

Excellent communication, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Enthusiasm for delivering a high-quality experience for both prospective and existing tenants
