Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, brands, tenants, and partners
Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts
Drive repeat bookings and identify new revenue opportunities
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate partnership agreements
Ensure smooth coordination of events, activations, and commercial programs
Monitor account performance and achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to maximize venue utilization
Maintain high levels of client and partner satisfaction
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Event sales or partnerships for handling B2B clients, brands, or event organizers
Experience with events, pop-ups, exhibitions, performances, or brand activations is highly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Possess strong knowledge of Key Account Management principles and practices
