Job Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving
brand growth, visibility, and engagement
through integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels. This role oversees the planning, execution, and performance of all marketing, communication, and creative activities to ensure brand consistency and business growth aligned with Brand vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
comprehensive marketing strategies
to strengthen brand positioning and achieve revenue targets.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — product, campaign, store, and digital platforms.
Identify new opportunities for brand expansion and partnerships that align with brand’s market positioning.
Design, plan, and execute
monthly and annual marketing campaigns
(both online & offline).
Develop
seasonal promotional plans
aligned with product launches, events, and market trends.
Manage
advertising & promotion budgets
efficiently to maximize ROI.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through data-driven analysis and regular reporting.
Oversee the development of
creative content
(photos, videos, lookbooks, social media assets, etc.) that reflects the brand identity.
Collaborate with the
Creative Team
and
Production Team
to ensure quality and timeliness of campaign materials.
Supervise photoshoots and video productions to ensure strong brand storytelling and visual coherence.
Oversee
KOL/Influencer strategy , from selection to partnership execution and performance tracking.
Lead the planning and execution of
brand events, pop-ups, collaborations
to strengthen offline engagement.
Manage and mentor the
Marketing, Creative, Host Live, and Sales teams , ensuring collaboration and alignment across departments.
Set clear KPIs and performance goals for each division and regularly evaluate results.
Foster a
creative, data-driven, and accountable culture
within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the
fashion or retail industry .
Proven experience as a Marketing Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
— candidates
must have prior leadership experience
managing a team (not entry-level).
Strong understanding of both
strategic marketing and hands-on execution .
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Solid knowledge of
digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and social media ecosystem .
Creative thinker with analytical mindset — able to balance aesthetics and performance.
Highly organized, data-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about fashion, brand storytelling, and driving social media growth and engagement.
Willing to work from office (WFO) in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
