Accounting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT. Sumber Energi Surya Nusantara in Jakarta. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our financial accounting and reporting processes, contributing to the overall financial health and success of our organisation. This is a full‑time position, offering the opportunity to work in our modern office located in the heart of Jakarta.

What you’ll be doing

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Perform detailed analysis of financial data, identifying trends and anomalies, and providing insights to support informed decision‑making.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide financial information and support operational activities.

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and data integrity.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2‑5 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the accounting industry.

Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements.

Proficient in the use of financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle).

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
