About High-Lift Aerospace
High-Lift is a specialist aviation consulting and commercial services firm operating across the MRO, component repair, and aftermarket ecosystem. As part of our expansion across Asia, we are growing our regional commercial team and are seeking an experienced Indonesia-based Sales Manager to support and drive this growth.
The Role
This position is suited to an aviation professional based in Indonesia with strong regional exposure and an understanding of how MRO and aftermarket sales operate in Asia. You will manage a defined regional territory, working directly with airlines, MROs, and industry partners across Asia
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales activities across assigned Asian markets
Identify, qualify, and secure new MRO and aftermarket opportunities
Build and manage long-term customer relationships
Represent High-Lift at customer meetings and industry events
Travel regularly within Asia as required
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the aviation industry
Background in MRO, component repair, or aerospace aftermarket preferred
Proven commercial, sales, or customer-facing experience
Strong communication and relationship-management skills
Comfortable working independently in a regional role
Willing and able to travel frequently across Asia
Eligibility (Mandatory)
Must be currently based in Indonesia
Must have the legal right to work in Indonesia
