Compensation & Benefits Staff

Responsibilities Process monthly payroll, overtime, and allowances Administer employee benefits (BPJS, insurance, leave, pension, etc.) Maintain and update personnel data and employee files Handle employee inquiries and grievances related to compensation and personnel issues Support industrial relations activities Prepare HR reports Assist in internal and external HR audits

Qualifications Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Psychology, Management or relate majors Have experience minimum 2 years as Payroll or Compensation & Benefit Can operate software HRIS or Microsoft Office Good in English
