General Maintenance (MEP) Staff

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily operation, inspection, and execution of preventative maintenance (PM) schedules for critical MEP infrastructure.

Conducting timely diagnostics and performing minor repairs on both civil and MEP related faults.

Negotiating, documenting, and managing service agreements, repair costs, and project timelines with external vendors.

Supervising and/or executing general building maintenance activities across various branch locations.

Ensuring that all building systems and facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a concentration in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience: A minimum of 2‑3 years of proven experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) maintenance, with experience in a supervisory capacity highly valued.

Technical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and building layouts (blueprints/schematics).

Experience in the safe operation of a hoist is considered an advantage.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and contract negotiation skills.
