CM Sponsorship Non GAM Intern (Emtek Digital)

Responsibilities

Attend Daily Meetings with the Ad Ops Sponsorship Division. Check the inventory of each brand that participates in Sports campaigns. Recap and report on each brand participating in Sports, including proof of airing and performance report figures. Monitor and record sports events such as Liga 1, EPL, and Liga 2 according to match schedules and regular campaigns. Request various inventory/benefits from the Vidio Ops team, such as Breaking Banner & Banner Live Shopping requests to the CRM team, including material details (KV, LP, title, description). Recap performance figures from Breaking Banner and Banner Live Shopping broadcasts. Request KV from the design team while following guidelines/SOP based on the applicable inventory. Check the synchronization of sports match schedules with the actual schedules. Prepare materials for EPL TVC broadcasts and review TVC material notes from clients.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a related major (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or other relevant fields). Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Fast response and proactive in handling tasks and communications. High attention to detail and accuracy in checking inventory, reports, and schedules. Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and reporting. Initiative-driven and able to work independently while also collaborating in a team environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with multiple divisions.
