About Our Client
We are currently representing one of our client in the construction sector. General Contractor company with long history and projects across the country
Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
Lead project teams including engineers, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to avoid delays.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Manage procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management role within the construction industry, with portfolio handling industrial projects such as Factories, Warehouse, Plants, etc.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate in English
Willing to be placed outside of Jakarta following the project's requirement if needed
