National Key Account Manager (Head of KA & E-Commerce Manager)
Account management of national key accounts and Greater Jakarta Regional/Lokal KA, including Hyper/Supermarket, CVS, Minimarket.
Account management includes annual strategy and plan development, leading JBP meetings, trading term negotiation and contract renewal.
Monthly target and promotion plan management, including the annual/monthly promotion budget planning for each account, budget projection, controlling and execution monitoring.Manage business operations (forecast/PO/fulfillment/inventory control) and terminal fundamental building and maintain (shelving/display management and POSM plan).
Monthly business analysis of in-store productivity, market share and promotional activities.
Regular business review with account buyer/MD teams, discussing and specifying the next actions and improvements.
