Onbali Seomarketing, we are hiring! Job Position Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries from clients and advertisers. Cold outreach may be required if there are no scheduled meetings Sell OnBali's advertising services, partnership placements, and other commercial offerings Conduct negotiations and build long-term relationships with clients. Close deals and achieve the set sales KPIs Support existing clients and identify new opportunities to increase profitability per client Work with CRM to record and manage client interactions

Qualification Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in media, advertising, tourism, or services) Fluent English (spoken and written) – B2 level or higher. Strong communication skills and ability to conduct professional business correspondence Experience with CRM and sales via written communication as well as in-person meetings (highly important!) Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections during face-to-face meetings

Work Conditions & Benefits Remote work, but the majority of client meetings will be conducted in person. The candidate is responsible for scheduling meetings with clients and attending them personally Full-time position Fixed base salary + bonuses for closed deals The final compensation package will be discussed individually based on the candidate’s experience and expectations
