Procurement Manager

ZAP Group is looking for an experienced

Procurement Manager

to lead and optimize our procurement processes across outlets/Operational and Head Office. This role is critical in ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and strong vendor partnerships to support our fast-growing healthcare & beauty business.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for medical equipment, consumables, and general supplies.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and suppliers.

Evaluate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.

Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely availability of goods.

Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulations.

Lead and develop the procurement team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.

Minimum

3 years of experience

in procurement, with

2 years in a managerial role .

Experience in hospitality, healthcare, clinic, or beauty industry is a strong advantage.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and google suites.
