Job Description
Manage and organize the executiveโs schedule, meetings, travel arrangements, and personal errands
Handle communication and correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and messages
Maintain and archive important documents (both physical and digital)
Coordinate business trips (ticketing, accommodation, transportation)
Manage and assist in organizing social events
Maintain confidentiality of all information
Taking care of household activity
Assist with administrative tasks such as claims, bill payments, and other operational matters
Receive guests and coordinate with relevant parties for events or meetings
Support both personal and professional needs of the executive
