in a large-scale coal mining environment. Your Impact in This Role: Manage procurement of spare parts (Heavy Equipment), consumables & outsourced services (CQD focus). Monitor inventory, warehouse operations & stock control (JIT approach). Vendor identification, negotiation & annual performance evaluation. Oversee GR/GI process in SAP (S4HANA – MM Module). Track delivery timelines & optimize transport cost. Implement SOPs & improve logistics processes. Manage slow-moving & dead stock inventory. Ensure compliance in waste disposal (B3 & Non-B3). Conduct periodic audits & ensure stock accuracy. Coordinate closely with Operations, R&M & Finance teams. Drive cost savings & improve service levels.

We’re Looking For: ✅ 10–12 years of Logistics experience (Coal Mining preferred) ✅ Strong expertise in Heavy Equipment material management ✅ Hands-on SAP S4HANA – MM Module ✅ Proven leadership in site-based operations ✅ Strong negotiation & vendor management skills ✅ Experience in warehouse layout & process improvement ✅ Knowledge of forecasting & budgeting ✅ Prior working experience in
