Specialist Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC)

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize GCC production processes, including grinding, classification, and quality assurance. Conduct laboratory testing to ensure particle size distribution, brightness, and purity meet industry standards. Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in production facilities. Monitor raw material sourcing and evaluate supply chain efficiency. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Train and guide junior engineers or technicians in GCC production and applications. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Industrial Chemistry. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in mineral processing, chemical manufacturing, or related industries. Strong knowledge of calcium carbonate properties, grinding technologies, and industrial applications. Familiarity with industry standards (ISO, ASTM) and environmental regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Working Location : OKI, Sumatera Selatan (remote site area)
