About the Position Solea Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is a brand new culinary adventure located on the rooftop of the Bali Beach Hotel in Sanur. We are seeking passionate individuals to join its team as:

Restaurant Manager

Sommelier

General Requirements

At least minimum 3 years of working experience in a supervisory or management role within a fine dining restaurant

Ability to create tasteful food and wine pairings

Strong leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

High attention to detail and able to work well as part of a team

Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
