Qualifications
1. Bachelor’ s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
2. Manufacturing / construction company experience is mandatory.
3. Basic knowledge of HR administration, labor relations, and Indonesian labor law.
4. Experience or capability to conduct internal training and employee development programs.
5. Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
6. Able to work independently and support multiple HR functions.
Responsibilities
1. Handle basic HR administration and labor management.
2. Support compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
3. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
4. Plan and conduct internal training programs for employees.
5. Support overall HR operations and management requests.
