Job Description

Global Talent Acquisition Specialist @ TrustDecision Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Integration: Guide clients through API integration workflows with technical documentation through onboarding session, product demos, and trainings; troubleshoot system performance issues.

Proactive Client Management: Monitor real-time product usage (e.g., API call volumes, error rates), identify risks, and ensure operational continuity.

Product Advocacy & Optimization: Analyze client needs, prioritize feature requests, and collaborate with Product/R&D teams to drive solutions.

Lifecycle Excellence: Execute standardize customer lifecycle services; develop localized materials (FAQs, integration guides, knowledge bases) to streamline support. Coordinate internal resources to drive renewals, expansions, and loyalty.

Requirements:

Background: Bachelorโ€™s degree (recent graduate within 3 years preferred).

Technical Competence: Basic data analysis proficiency (SQL, Python); skilled in visualizing user metrics. Technical support background (tโ€ฆ)
