Brand and Marketing Lead

About the Role Are you ready to build one of the most trusted Mom & Baby brands in Indonesia? Mooimom is looking for a strategic and hands-on Brand & Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end brand strategy, accelerate growth, and ensure strong brand execution across all online and offline touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Channel teams to turn insights into revenue impact, while shaping how modern moms experience and trust our brand.

What You’ll Drive Brand Strategy & Positioning Develop and execute comprehensive brand & marketing strategies aligned with business objectives Define brand positioning and ensure consistency across retail stores, e-commerce, and digital channels Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Campaign & Growth Execution Lead digital and social media campaigns, including content direction and brand storytelling Build and manage KOL, affiliate, and strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and engagement Create and execute Go-To-Market strategies (timeline, budget, campaign plan) for product launches Commercial & Performance Management Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI Track and analyze key brand metrics: awareness, preference, satisfaction, CAC, and conversion Collaborate closely with Sales & Channel teams to support revenue targets Activation & Brand Presence Lead brand activations, expos, and offline marketing events Ensure strong and consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints

What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 3–5 years of experience in Brand / Marketing role (Retail, FMCG, or Consumer Brand experience preferred; Mom & Baby is a plus) Strong data-driven and analytical mindset Solid understanding of branding, GTM strategy, and campaign execution Hands-on experience with B2C digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing) Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken) Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to work WFO in Kelapa Gading Immediate availability is a plus
