Conversational AI Engineer (Dialogflow CX).

Role:

Conversational AI Engineer (Dialogflow CX) Location: Remote Start: asap Duration: 6 months+ extension

Scope:

Design and build conversational flows in Dialogflow CX (intents, entities, pages, routes, handover logic) Develop custom webhooks, integrations, and API connectors using Node.js or Python Ensure solution reliability, scalability, and alignment with architectural standards Translate service design concepts into working conversational experiences Collaborate closely with designers and testers to resolve defects and improve quality Optimize performance, create reusable components, and support continuous improvements Maintain clean documentation and structured logging

Skills:

Hands-on experience with

Dialogflow CX Node.js or Python for backend logic and webhooks Google Cloud (Cloud Functions/Run, IAM, Logging) REST APIs, OAuth2, API Keys Git and CI/CD pipelines Basic microservices knowledge JSON, debugging, and structured logging Conversational UX fundamentals Agile/Scrum experience
