Responsibilities

Willingness to comply with regulations related to occupational health and safety and the environment (K3L). Do HR-related job, such as: maintain employee data and administration, manage reports, data analysis, etc. Performs communications to employees regarding company HR rules. Collaborates with all team members in all HR Project/Activities. Planning and Needs Analysis Candidate Sourcing and Screening Selection and Interview Process Offering and Onboarding Management and Branding Legal and Regulatory Compliance Union Relations and Negotiations Employee Grievance Management

Requirements

Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, LAW, or any related fields (fresh graduates are welcome) Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous A high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively Excellent English communication skills - convey confidence, empathy and trust to build effective relationships Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Ability to manage sensitive issues tactfully Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency Willing to be placed in Cianjur.
