Sales Development Representative (SDR)

to drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads in the

Indonesia market . Role Overview

As an

Experienced SDR , you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a key role in fueling our growth. Your primary focus will be on

outbound prospecting

while also qualifying

inbound leads . You’ll work closely with our

Account Executives (AEs)

to book high-quality meetings and help convert prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting : Identify and engage potential customers via

cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging .

Inbound Lead Qualification : Assess and qualify inbound leads, ensuring a smooth transition to AEs.

Account Research & Targeting : Research target accounts (typically

companies with 200–1,000 employees ) and identify key decision‑makers.

Multi-Channel Outreach : Leverage tools like

Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead

to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Collaborate with AEs : Work closely with Account Executives to strategize on outreach and account penetration.

Track & Optimize Performance : Maintain detailed records in CRM, track outreach performance, and optimize tactics to improve conversion rates.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of SDR or sales experience , preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology company.

Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

Strong communication skills in

English & Bahasa Indonesia

(bilingual required).

Familiarity with

Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Smartlead .

Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and drive interest in Josys solutions.

A data-driven and results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
