Interior Designer

Qualifications Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Interior Design

Minimum 2 years of working experience

Honest, loyal, detail-oriented, and highly self-initiated

Able to work independently as well as in a team (office at Sukawati near BAYI statue SAKAH)

Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Enscape

Proficient in English (spoken and written) is a must (Russian language is a plus)

Responsibilities Design and provide concept direction and design solutions to clients

Continuously learn and keep up with the latest trends in interior design

Understand materials used in interior construction and finishing

Coordinate effectively with the site team and other internal departments

Proactive and responsible for completing each project properly and on schedule together with the site team

Conduct site surveys (prepare existing condition drawings and record client requirements)

Coordinate directly with clients

Prepare proposed designs (modeling, rendering, and 3D animation)

Prepare data for the estimator and material finishing approval documentation

Prepare draft Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in accordance with the design
