We’re Hiring: Project Administrator

Location: Karawang, Indonesia

PT JJX Tech Indonesia / JYX Packaging is a global leader in luxury and sustainable packaging solutions, working with international brands across cosmetics, fashion, electronics, and wine & spirits. To support our growing project operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Administrator to ensure smooth coordination and documentation across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project teams from project initiation to completion. • Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and meeting minutes. • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables; follow up on action items. • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Production, QC, Warehouse) to support project execution. • Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documentation. • Maintain accurate filing and version control of project records. • Support communication with clients and internal stakeholders as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or administrative roles (manufacturing industry preferred). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with ERP or project tracking systems is an advantage. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Willing to learn and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Able to work in office and factory environments.
