Event Project manager

Responsibilities Lead full-cycle offline event activations while developing and enforcing the Event Manual Guidelines to ensure operational consistency. Translate client requirements into actionable workflows and manage detailed timelines, coordinating internal teams and vendors for seamless alignment. Oversee comprehensive event checklists—spanning production, logistics, and permits—and ensure technical readiness through rigorous site visits and rehearsals. Supervise event-day operations as the primary problem solver, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to derive insights that drive continuous improvement of operational guidelines.

Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience (with 2–3 years in leadership) within experience as an Event Project Manager. Serve as the primary escalation point to proactively identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and mitigate delivery risks. Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends or holidays to support event schedules. Proven ability to thrive under pressure, effectively managing tight budgets, strict deadlines, and complex schedules. Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
