Qualifications Minimum High school diploma or technical school certification Having at least 3-5 years experience in Resort/Hotel operation Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwashers, fryers, refrigerators) Knowledge of laundry machines (e.g., washers, dryers, presses, ironers) Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems Understanding of preventive maintenance practices
