Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Digital Marketing Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing strategies to promote the organization’s brand and services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating and managing social media campaigns, collaborating with the recruitment and sales team, and optimizing digital content to drive engagement and ensure effective communication with the target audience.
1. Social Media Management (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Build monthly content calendars aligned with campaignobjectives, seasonal moments, and program updates.
Write on-brand captions, hooks, CTAs; design assets (static, carousel, short‑form video) adapted per platform.
Schedule via native tools/Business Suite or scheduler; ensure proper hashtags, tags, UTMs, and link routing.
Monitor comments/DMs, respond or triage to relevant teams (sales/recruitment), and manage FAQs
Weekly & monthly dashboards (reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, CTR, saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks), insights, and next‑step recommendations.
Maintain visual and tone‑of‑voice consistency across all platforms.
Support audience research, objectivesetting(awareness, traffic, leads), budgeting, and funnel mapping.
Produce ad creatives and copy variations for A/B tests (formats: image, carousel, short video).
Track insights and propose optimization actions (creative refresh, audience refinement, budget reallocation).
3. Website Maintenance
Research keywords, outline, write, and publish SEO‑optimized articles (structure, internal linking, meta data, readability).
Manage pages, blogs, banners, forms, and site navigation; ensure mobile‑first and accessibility basics.
Script informative videos, produce inSynthesia, and edit branding elements.
Upload to YouTube with optimized titles, descriptions, tags, chapters, thumbnails, and end screens.
Repurpose video snippets for IG Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn where relevant.
5. HRC’s Media Materials and Events (Sales & Recruitment)
Design presentations, flyers, banners, posters, email headers, business cards, and all company media materials.
Preparing new program flyers weekly to support recruitment efforts and regular weekly meetings
Maintain and evolve brand templates, ensure consistency across touchpoints.
Work with sales and recruitment teams to tailor assets for specific partner schools, fairs, or events.
Assistin the planning and execution of all online and offline events
6. TAFs Checkup & Preparation
Support TAFs checkup and preparation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and that all formats and requirementscomply withGoogle’s standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation.
A portfolioof content/design work is a strong advantage.
Personal Qualifications

Technical Qualifications
1. Social Media & Content Creation
Strong copywriting skills and platform understanding (IG, FB, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Ability to design visually appealing content (static and short video).
Proficiencyin Canva (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus).
Ability to design branding‑compliant materials for multiple departments.
Familiar with scheduling tools, UTMs, and analytics dashboards.
2. Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
Familiar with META and Google ads
Basic understanding of adobjectives, funnels, and audience targeting.
Ability to create compelling ad designs and copy.
Knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and optimization indicators.
3. Website & SEO
Keyword research and SEO writing experience.
Comfortable using CMS (e.g., WordPress).
