Faculty Head of Leader Program

Head and oversee the organization’s leadership development strategy and end-to-end programs across all leadership levels. Design and own integrated leadership frameworks, including competency models, curriculum, syllabus, and learning journeys aligned with business strategy and values. Build a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) capability across trainers and agency leaders to scale leadership development and maintain learning quality in the field. Establish mentoring, coaching, and development systems that strengthen leadership readiness and long‑term capability. Collaborate with agency management and sales force leadership to align leadership development with field execution needs and agency growth priorities. Drive organic organizational growth by building strong internal promotion and leadership readiness pipelines within the agency system. Evaluate leadership impact through assessments, behavioral change, and business performance outcomes, and act as a strategic advisor on leadership and succession readiness
