North Jakarta , you will play a strategic role in driving new business opportunities within the energy industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an established and dynamic company.

What you'll be doing

Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities within the energy industry especially on the procurement project and tender

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into new business

Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers

Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets

Provide regular reports and updates on sales pipeline and performance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree from a Public University in Indonesia in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience

Able to speak English as well as in Bahasa Indonesia

Experienced in getting Tenders through Online web portal

Proven track record of success in new business development, ideally within the energy industry

Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders

Analytical mind with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities

Willingness to travel within the region as required
