Heveya® is building a global sleep wellness brand. From organic latex mattresses to natural bedding, our ambition is to redefine how people think about sleep, health and the bedroom environment. As we continue expanding across international markets, we are looking for a Head of Brand to shape the strategic direction of Heveya.

This role is about

building and protecting the brand at a global level . You will define the brand structure, guide the creative direction, and ensure that every campaign, product launch and customer touchpoint reflects one clear and premium identity.

At the same time, the role requires

deep understanding of local markets . The Head of Brand will regularly spend time across our markets, working closely with local teams and partners to understand how customers experience the brand and ensure the brand remains consistent globally while feeling relevant locally.

The role is based in

Bali , working closely with the global team across Singapore, Indonesia, Dubai, Hong Kong and Australia.

Role Purpose

The Head of Brand leads the global brand direction of Heveya.

This role builds a clear brand structure that works across all markets while ensuring the brand remains premium, consistent and differentiated. It safeguards what Heveya stands for and ensures that all campaigns, product launches and creative assets contribute to one coherent brand identity.

Beyond strategy and structure, the role carries full creative ownership .

The Head of Brand must have strong creative judgment and impeccable taste, ensuring that all visual and storytelling output reflects the premium nature of the brand.

Core Responsibilities

Brand Direction & Structure Define and maintain Heveya’s global brand positioning Clarify brand pillars, tone of voice and messaging Ensure the brand remains premium, consistent and differentiated Build a brand framework that supports long-term growth

Creative Ownership & Standards Take full responsibility for the creative output of the brand Maintain high standards in visual direction, photography, video, design and storytelling Approve major creative materials before release Guide the creative team with clear direction and strong aesthetic judgment

Brand Consistency Across Markets Ensure consistency of the brand across all markets and channels Protect the brand identity while supporting local adaptation Align campaigns, storytelling and product launches globally

Deep Local Understanding Travel regularly to Singapore, Indonesia, Dubai, Hong Kong, Australia and future markets Spend time in retail environments and with local teams Understand customer behaviour, competitive landscape and cultural nuances Support local teams in adapting campaigns while maintaining the global brand structure

Leadership of the Creative Team Lead and structure the Bali-based global creative team (designers, photographers, videographers) Translate brand direction into strong creative briefs Prioritise creative workload across markets Develop the team’s creative capabilities and standards

Brand Governance Develop and maintain global brand guidelines Review and approve major campaigns and brand materials Ensure consistency across print, digital, retail and experiential channels Protect the brand from short-term decisions that weaken long-term positioning

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with performance marketing and automation teams to align brand and growth strategy Collaborate with finance on brand investments and long-term brand value Support country managers on market positioning and strategy Align with marketing managers to ensure structured and consistent execution

What We Are Looking For Strong experience in brand leadership, brand strategy or creative direction Background working with premium lifestyle, design or wellness brands Exceptional taste and strong creative judgment Strategic thinker able to translate brand positioning into execution Experience working across multiple international markets Strong leadership and team management skills Comfortable travelling regularly and working closely with local teams
