Job Description
Manage and coordinate the Director’s schedule, meetings, and business correspondence
Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies
Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and official documents
Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and confidential files
Assist in handling legal documentation and corporate compliance matters
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Law or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Especially Ms. Excel & Ms Word)
Experience in travel planning and expense reporting
Experience in correspondence with government agencies
Available to be placed at Head Office (Jakarta), as an Assistant Director
