Overview Our client, a growing retail and distribution company in Gorontalo, is seeking an experienced

Human Resource Manager

to lead their HR function. This role requires a hands‑on HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, people development, and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for both store and back‑office staff.

Design and implement employee development and training programs.

Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Oversee a small legal and administration support team.

Advise the Director on HR strategies and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

Seven to eight years of experience in HR management, preferably in retail, distribution, or FMCG.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and industrial relations.

Experience in organizational development and staff training.

Proven leadership and communication skills.

Based in, or willing to relocate to, Gorontalo.
