Manager - Supply Chain Management

Job Overview: Lead and oversee the entire supply chain function in mining operation, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery of materials, compliance with regulations, and alignment with company strategy. This role covers procurement, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and vendor management, with a strong focus on supporting mining operations in remote site conditions.

Requirements: Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Management, engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years’ experience in supply chain/procurement/logistics, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience working in the mining industry or a similar field. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong knowledge of mining procurement regulations, import-export processes, and local content requirements. Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management, procurement, logistics and transportation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong fieldwork skills and experience in remote or challenging terrains. Willing to be placed in Gorontalo/ working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. & Group.
