Account Officer – SME Lending

to join our Makassar Branch. The ideal candidate is experienced in SME lending and has a strong hunter mentality with proven ability to acquire new customers and grow the loan portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new SME customers and develop lending portfolio in line with branch targets.

Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and financial assessment of prospective borrowers.

Structure lending proposals and ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and manage existing loan portfolio to maintain asset quality.

Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to ensure long-term business growth.

Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products.

Ensure timely documentation, loan processing, and credit administration.

Achieve individual and branch lending targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SME Lending or Commercial Lending.

Strong preference for candidates with hunter profile and proven track record in new customer acquisition.

Strong analytical skills in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment.

Good understanding of SME market in Makassar area.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.

High integrity and strong commitment to compliance.
