Job Description

What You’ll Do

Review contract documents (Project Contracts, SOW, PO, Addendums), including Partnership Agreements (PKS), NDA, and MOU from an administrative and basic legal compliance perspective.

Manage and maintain the project contract database, ensuring all documents are properly filed, organized, and controlled.

Prepare and manage project documentation, including appointment letters, project execution documents, and Final Acceptance Certificates (BAST).

Support preparation of administrative documents for project tenders.

Coordinate with project teams regarding contracts, tenders, and sales‑related supporting documents.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in contract administration, project administration, or related roles.

Basic understanding of contract law (agreements, rights & obligations, and potential risks).

Understanding of tender processes, workflows, and required documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – mandatory.

Strong documentation, filing, and checklist management skills (physical & digital).

Detail‑oriented, structured, disciplined, and compliant with procedures.
