Operations Analyst (Night Shift)

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to analyse customer behaviour, identify trends, and act as a system administrator. The role requires sharp attention to detail, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High English fluency and a technical background are must haves for this role.

We are currently specifically looking for people for our 11:00pm to 8:00am night shifts. Prior experience in a night shift position is a must-have for this role.

What You Will Be Doing Conduct analysis of customer behaviour and identify trends that enhance the system. Configure the platform as a system administrator as required. Process and manage data accurately. Collaborate with the team to report any issues or unusual activity. Ensure timely and efficient task completion.
