Presales Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client needs and design suitable

cybersecurity solutions .

Conduct

presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concept (POC)

related to

Wazuh SIEM

or similar platforms.

Prepare

technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and bill of materials (BOM) .

Provide

consultative support

on SIEM architecture, integration flow, and data correlation.

Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure

solution delivery meets client requirements .

Support

RFP/tender processes

and maintain a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity products.

Stay updated with

security trends and product development

(Wazuh, Fortinet, Trellix, etc.).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

1–3 years of experience

as a Presales, IT Consultant, or Security Engineer.

Understanding of

SIEM concepts ,

Wazuh architecture , and

security event monitoring .

Familiar with

network fundamentals

(TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, Firewall) and

Linux environment .

Strong

analytical, presentation, and communication skills .

Experience with

Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Filebeat)

is a plus.

Certifications such as

CompTIA Security+, NSE, or Wazuh Certified

are an advantage.
