Role Description
This is an on-site contract role located in Sintang for the position of Customer Relationship Executive. Responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, and effectively communicating with clients to address their needs and concerns. The role will also involve contributing to fostering business relationships to ensure long-term client engagement.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and effective Customer Service techniques.
Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and proactively address client concerns.
Knowledge of the ICT sector is a plus.
Problem-solving and time management capabilities.
Minimum educational qualifications: SMU/SMK, Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
