What you’ll be doing

Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and personalised experience

Providing attentive and discreet service to guests throughout their stay

Anticipating and catering to the individual needs and preferences of each guest

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the villa’s living spaces

Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and beverages

Arranging and coordinating guest activities, transportation, and other special requests

Communicating effectively with guests, colleagues, and management

Adhering to the highest standards of customer service and hospitality

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in a similar villa or luxury hospitality role

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering memorable experiences

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds

Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in other languages an advantage

A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour
