Role Objective:
To lead, strategize, and execute the company’s entire online sales operations. This role is accountable for driving digital revenue, maximizing customer acquisition efficiency, and ensuring high customer retention and satisfaction through effective post-sales support.
Job Description (Responsibilities)
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement the overarching digital sales and online growth strategy to achieve the company’s revenue targets. Align this strategy with the broader company objectives.
Revenue & Funnel Ownership:
Take full accountability for online sales quotas. Oversee the entire digital customer lifecycle—from lead generation (Performance Marketing) and closing (Telemarketing) to retention and support (CRM & Helpdesk).
Budget & P&L Management:
Manage the digital sales and advertising budget. Ensure optimal allocation of funds across paid channels and sales technologies to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and lower overall Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Cross-Departmental Synergy:
Ensure seamless collaboration between the Digital Sales Supervisors (Acquisition/Closing) and the CRM Supervisor (Retention/Support). Act as the primary liaison with the Brand Marketing Manager to align promotional offers and creative assets, and with the Offline Sales Manager for omnichannel consistency.
Process Optimization & Tech Stack:
Identify and implement the best tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk) to streamline the sales pipeline and improve helpdesk efficiency.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze high-level performance data, sales forecasts, and customer feedback. Present comprehensive business reviews, revenue reports, and growth strategies to executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5–8 years of progressive experience in Digital Sales, E-commerce, Growth Marketing, or Revenue Operations, with at least 3 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple teams.
Technical Skills:
* Expert-level understanding of comprehensive CRM platforms and sales enablement technologies.
Strong strategic grasp of digital advertising ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok) and how they tie into direct sales.
Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing software and customer success platforms.
Analytical Skills:
Advanced capability in financial modeling, P&L (Profit and Loss) management, and deep analysis of critical business metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), CAC, and Gross Profit Margins.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen. Strong executive presence, leadership, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team of sales, marketing, and support professionals. Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
