Job Descriptions:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging beauty trends and develop innovative product concepts.

Create comprehensive product briefs, including marketing ideation and key selling points.

Lead product development initiatives, including sample testing and feedback collection based on users' skin conditions.

Drive innovation in product texture, packaging, and formulation to enhance consumer appeal.

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather insights and refine product strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any major.

Strong awareness of local and international beauty market trends, including products, ingredients, and consumer preferences.

Passion for skincare and makeup, with extensive knowledge of beauty ingredients.

Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze market trends.

Skilled in synthesizing consumer feedback and data to inform product development decisions.

Proven experience in conceptualizing and launching successful beauty products.

Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
