JAVAN , and we’re looking for a
smart, driven, and execution-focused Sales Acquisition Manager
to build and lead a team responsible for
user acquisition and motorbike listings growth .
Your mission is to
actively source, secure, and grow second-hand motorbike listings
while driving app downloads through strong outbound and field-based acquisition efforts.

is a revolutionary app that makes buying and selling pre-loved motorbikes
easy, fair, and safe . Powered by advanced algorithms and real-time pricing data, JAVAN helps sellers understand the
true market value
of their motorbike before listing or selling.
What You’ll Do
As
Sales Acquisition Manager , you will:
Recruit, train, and lead a small acquisition-focused sales team
Actively source second-hand motorbike listings
from individuals, communities, dealers, and local networks
Conduct
direct outreach to motorbike owners
via cold calls, WhatsApp, and on-the-ground activation
Convince potential sellers to
list their motorbikes on the JAVAN app
using data-backed pricing (Pricemate)
Design and execute
hands-on acquisition strategies
to increase app downloads and quality listings
Lead daily and weekly acquisition reviews to track listing growth, conversion, and performance
Set clear acquisition targets and push consistent execution in the field
Act as the
local market expert , understanding buyer and seller behavior in Jogjakarta
Collaborate closely with the co-founders to refine acquisition playbooks and growth experiments
Who You Are
You are someone who:
Lives in Jogjakarta
and understands the local motorbike market
Has experience in
outbound sales, call center roles, or acquisition-focused positions
Is comfortable with
field activation and direct selling
(street outreach, community visits, dealer engagement)
Has experience managing and motivating a small sales or acquisition team
Is results-driven, organized, and comfortable working with targets
Communicates clearly and confidently, both in person and online
Enjoys building pipelines, listings, and traction from zero
