Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple technology projects across cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, hardware environments, and software solutions. This role requires balancing end-to-end delivery ownership with commercial contribution, ensuring both client success and sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

Manage multiple technology projects concurrently, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Collaborate with technical stakeholders and solution architects to define delivery approaches aligned to business and operational requirements

Review solution designs, effort estimates, timelines, and risks to ensure execution readiness

Track milestones, dependencies, and action items, proactively driving closure

Facilitate project meetings, manage scope changes, and implement risk mitigation plans

Remain accountable for overall project execution and delivery outcomes

Commercial & Revenue Accountability

Measured on revenue-focused KPIs, including opportunity identification, business development support, and contribution toward organisational revenue growth

Proactively engage clients, partners, and stakeholders to identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts

Support pre-sales activities such as requirements clarification, solution discussions, pricing inputs, proposal and tender preparation

Balance commercial responsibilities alongside delivery commitments to ensure long-term business sustainability

Internal & Operational Support

Support internal technology initiatives, including coordination of AI and platform-related projects

Coordinate internal IT and operational technology needs where required

Support scheduled after-hours deployments and provide standby support for critical incidents when necessary

Requirements

Strong technical understanding across cloud, infrastructure, and enterprise systems

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable operating in both coordination-focused and hands-on execution roles

Commercially aware with confidence engaging clients and supporting revenue activities

Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Microsoft 365, Teams, Slack)

Familiarity with cloud platforms and partner ecosystems (AWS, Azure) is an advantage

Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster, CAPM) are a plus
