We are seeking a hands-on

Fit-Out Engineer

to manage store renovation and fit-out projects from site handover through to grand opening.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end store fit-out and renovation works Supervise contractors and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and standards Control timeline, budget, and quality to meet grand opening targets Coordinate with Expansion, Design, Operations, and mall/landlord management Conduct final inspection and ensure store readiness before opening

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field 3–5 years experience in retail fit-out or construction project supervision Strong knowledge of interior works and MEP coordination Target-driven and willing to travel for multi-site supervision Full proficiency in English or Mandarin Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang and do business trip across Indonesia
