We are looking for a

Senior Technician Engineer

to lead and support technical works on site. This role involves handling maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and guiding junior technicians to ensure all jobs are completed properly and on time. Responsibilities

Lead and manage technical works from start to finish Perform testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment Identify technical issues and provide practical solutions Work closely with the operations and site teams Guide and train junior technicians Ensure all works follow safety procedures and standards Prepare job reports and keep proper documentation Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or strong hands‑on experience Minimum

3 years

experience in a technical or engineering role Good knowledge of maintenance works such as

AC/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems Strong problem‑solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Able to read technical drawings and manuals Able to speak and write in both Bahasa Indonesia and English Preferred Skills
