Role Description
This is a fullโtime, onโsite role for a National Sales Manager based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The National Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic business plans, oversee account management, and drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include managing sales teams, developing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth. The individual will play a key role in expanding NGI's mission by promoting genomics solutions across Indonesia.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Business Planning and Budgeting
Proven success in Sales and Account Management
Exceptional Team Management and leadership skills
Effective communication, negotiation, and problemโsolving abilities
Ability to manage and optimize resources to meet business objectives
Experience in the biotechnology, healthcare, or related fields is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
