Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties of each team member.
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises, including liaising with external vendors for repairs or upgrades.
Implement and monitor workplace safety standards.
Manage security services and emergency preparedness plans.
Ensure the availability and proper use of office supplies and equipment.
Track and manage GA expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
Handle contracts and relationships with suppliers for office needs and services.
Manage all matters related to general affairs in the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, Economy, Human Resource Management or Law
Minimum 2 years' experience as HR & GA
Strong communication skills and Creative Problem-solving skills.
Multitasking skills, High Administration, High-level attention to details and Strong organizational skills
Familiarity with office management tools and processes.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally.
