Responsibilities
Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for both professional and personal needs.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing documents.
Coordinate business-related logistics, including travel arrangements, event planning, and client meetings.
Support the execution of marketing activities, such as managing content schedules, tracking project deadlines, and communicating with agencies.
Assist with personal tasks, including household management, event planning, and family logistics.
Prepare presentations and meeting materials for business initiatives and projects.
Monitor project timelines and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks.
Perform ad hoc tasks and support requests as needed.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
Experience with event planning, scheduling, or travel arrangements is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
